Должностные обязанности
o Effectively achieve or exceed the financial budget requirements and KPIs for sales.
o Expected to conduct regular local sales calls throughout Almaty and Kazakhstan areas of reasonable visits, to secure business and potential opportunities and importantly the retention of existing accounts.
o Complete all required sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
o A very important component of this position is developing and maintaining strong business relationships with all customers. This may involve customer sales activities outside of normal hours. The expectation is that the majority of your time is spent visiting potential new customers and existing customers.
o With the General Director, establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for the sales area, in setting sales budgets in all areas of import, export.
o Regularly monitor industry and market trends, analyze competitor’s activities, provide timely feedback to reporting manager on recommendations, initiatives and strategies for action accordingly.
o Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all customer submitted requests while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
o Maintain sales volumes, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
o Maintain a complete and up-to-date customer list and target list. Ensure that all operators have this information on regular or as needed basis.

Требуемые навыки (квалификация)
o Accurate and attractive appearance
o Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in local languages and English, both written and verbal.
o Sound knowledge of freight forwarding operations to successfully fulfil the requirements of this role.
o Experience in a Sales environment with proven negotiating and selling skills.
o Clear understanding of industry processes and terminology.
o Capable and eager to work in a busy environment.
o Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours.
o Able to travel
o Skillful driver, B Category driving license holder with personal car.
o RoK citizen

This position will focus on growing our Kazakhstan, Caspian and Central Asia Trade Lane based in Almaty and Kazakhstan market. Responsible for the development and performance of all Export and Import sales activities in the assigned markets and works towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base on the sales area and contributes to the development of sales opportunities across the entire product range in the Freight Forwarding.
