Должностные обязанности
The HR Manager shall be entrusted with the following duties:
• Determine the order of doing the paperwork related to company personnel;
• Organize on behalf of the company's management the preparation of the draft documents related to the personnel;
• Organize a rational distribution of official vehicles for the company's employees, make the necessary schedules, notify the employees on their changes;
• Provide in due time the employees with the necessary notifications;
• Monitor the quality of preparing, the correctness of drawing up, agreement and approval of the documents submitting for the management signing;
• Draw out the personnel files in accordance with the approved nomenclature, provide their keeping and in due time take them to the archive;
and other HR duties

Требуемые навыки (квалификация)
A person with a higher education shall be appointed for the position of the HR Manager with the following work experience:
Experience with industrial and frontline customer base in airlines or manufacturing essential
Education: High education
Work Experience:. 5 years’ experience of working in HR, preferably in a similar environment
Technical Skills:
• Experience with and knowledge of all aspects of generalist HR including current industrial relations legislation and other compliance requirements e.g. OSH, workers compensation, discrimination and harassment, etc
• Strong current labour law knowledge
• Good English and Russian, both written and spoken. Kazakh is highly welcome
