Должностные обязанности
• Lead strategic and operational management of the brand;
• Define local business challenges, strategy and objectives;
• Develop Marketing plan & long term vision (3 years business plan) and ensure implementation;
• Closely monitor and analyze competitive strategies, activities; propose and implement counteractions if needed;
• Develop Brand communication strategy via cooperation with creative & media agencies, PR function. Lead local media adaptations;
• Coordinate ATL/BTL/PR/Research plan implementation. Systematically evaluate all marketing activities;
• Accompany BTL & consulting activities in the field and check quality of execution;
• Cooperate effectively and leverage internal marketing support functions – Research Manager; PR Manager ;
• Ensure accurate ABP planning involving all relevant departments;
• Lead accurate forecasting process: track required stock level to avoid out-of-stock and over-stock situations;
• Drive local product portfolio. Plan new product launches in line with DC commitment process;
• Propose local price strategy and prepare price recommendations for newly launched products and special offers;
• Be responsible for brand profitability up to MC2 level, evaluate margin impact of all price/ COG impacting activities through close cooperation with controlling;
• Validate legal compliance of all actions (products claim, promotions, etc.) with legal and accounting team;
• Close work with other functions (Sales & C&SM);
• Closely collaborate with sales department, develop customer orientation;
• Support sales colleagues in presentations to clients. Prepare all required sales material (trade leaflet), timely share information (product launches, marketing activities, etc.) and react to their requests;
• Proactively ask Sales for feedback on all marketing activities. Develop specific activities fitting top client's needs.

Требуемые навыки (квалификация)
Education: Higher Education (marketing, management, economics)
Work experience period: Work experience in marketing not less than 3 years as BM, in international FMCG company.
