Должностные обязанности
JOB PURPOSE:

This position is accountable for growing Global Petroleum prime product sales and PINS in the assigned territory across the oil & gas industry segments.

TERRITORY COVERAGE:

Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) and Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Georgia).

1. Work with customers and dealers to identify and capture sales opportunities.

2. Set up and execute sales forecasts.

3. Establish and reinforce dealer sales coverage.

4. Drive dealer engagement in the oil & and gas business at both management and operational levels.

5. Develop dealer sales, marketing, technical and project management capabilities. Establish, align with dealers and execute action plans for dealer development.

6. Identify customer requirements and address them internally within Company and with dealers in order to offer the right products and services and achieve full customer satisfaction.

Требуемые навыки (квалификация)
1. Higher education in engineering or equivalent experience.

2. Both sales and engineering (mechanical and electrical) background.

3. Previous experience in oil & gas and/or power generation industries.

4. Strong communication skills.

5. Effective leadership and people influencing capabilities.

6. Self-starter capable to manage tasks and projects without regular supervision.

7. Fluent English and Russian. Any local languages would be an advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive travel is required (50% of time).
