Должностные обязанности
JOB PURPOSE:

The primary role is to support the population of petroleum power systems and for contributing to the identification, analysis and resolution of needs and problems with dealers and Oil and Gas customers in assigned District and Area.

TERRITORY COVERAGE:

Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) and Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Georgia).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Policy warranty settlements,
Working with dealers in managing Product Improvement Programs (PIP/PSP) cost effectively implementing assessment program (GPSA) within designated timeframe,
Providing technical guidance,
Goodwill management and assistance with dealer presentations designed to inform customers of service advantages,
Customer visits to understand market needs,
Working very closely with PS teams to ensure petroleum customer satisfaction,
Maximizing the parts and service businesses through the local dealer to the Oil and gas industry, assisting dealers on parts forecast, implementing merchandising programs, establishing plan on a page.

Требуемые навыки (квалификация)
Higher education in energy engineering or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in oil & gas and/or power generation industries.
An understanding of customer, dealer and Oil and gas market needs.
Strong communication skills.
Team Player.
Fluent English.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive travel is required (50% of time).
